Astanza seeks highly-motivated individuals to join our talented team, and we offer competitive incentives for employees. We are looking for dynamic, aggressive, and strongly-ethical sales staff that can do more than just sell. Education, training, and support are core corporate values that extend to all aspects of Astanza’s customer partnerships.
Responsibilities include promoting and selling Astanza’s tattoo removal lasers to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, physicians, and medical spas within a defined territory. Successful representatives will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong desire to understand the science of laser tattoo removal. Must be able to educate potential customers about laser technology. Will be responsible for calling upon new customers and generating leads. Some travel will be required.
Research and develop laser technology for aesthetic laser applications, from concept development through feasibility studies. Must assist with clinical studies and creation of prototype models. Will assist with regulatory submission/approval process for future products. Must be available to work with customers for advanced training and workshop/tradeshow events.
Will maintain and repair a variety of Astanza laser systems in the United States and Europe. Must have strong knowledge of Q-switched laser technology and be able to quickly diagnose technical issues. Successful applicants will have strong interpersonal skills for interacting with existing laser clients. Extensive travel required.
